Profile
I Trained as an actor at the Guildhall School of Music and
Dramatic Art in London.
After achieving full membership of British Actors’ Equity, the actor’s
trade union I worked in rep and some fringe touring companies, and did a
few tellies before concluding that Journalism was really what I wanted to
do in life, and committing to a career as a freelance journalist.
I am currently working as Ireland corrrespondent to the UK’s national
Afro-British newspaper The Voice, and am a member of the Dublin Freelance
branch of the National Union of Journalists.
Three of the scripts on my Demo disc, Coutts Bank, the London accent
character piece and the Dorset accent character piece were in fact composed
by me.
